We ended up booking directly our own hot air balloon tour under his guide, though the manager was monitoring the prices for us. The itinerary was well-planned, and the logistics were smooth. Our tour guide, Erhan Akkuş was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we met, he was attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to our questions and did his best to answer them, always with a smile. His calm and composed demeanor put us at ease, and we felt like we were in good hands as we explored the breathtaking landscapes of Cappadocia. He was never aggressive, even when we asked repeated questions, and his passion for the region's history and culture was evident throughout the tour. I would highly recommend Erhan to anyone visiting Cappadocia - he's a true professional and a credit to his industry! 5 stars isn't enough! PS he was a pottery artist hence a good photographer too ! It’s an added bonus !

It was an amazing tour with our guide Mustafa. He is really knowledgeable, fun and designs the itinerary that is completely tailored to your preferences. Our kid absolutely loved his company. Totally worth it and highly recommend if travelling with family !!!

This tour was Amazing. Galip was extremely nice and patient with us. Never show a rush with the time. We ask him for take us to try the coffee with pistachio and he made that possible too. His spanish perfect, He explain everything that we ask He went more and beyond to our expectations I really recommend this tour and if your first language is Spanish Galip is your guide for sure!

If you are looking for a relaxed and comfortable experience, reliance tour Turkey is an excellent company. We Booked the private full day tour and our guide Sevda and the driver were wonderful. This tour picks you up at the hotel in a spacious van and the guide takes you to the panoramic areas of the main valleys in Göreme, explaining the geology and history of every site. We tour the panorama, pigeon valley, love valley, one of the underground cities, saw 11th century Byzantine church frescoes at the open air museum and walked the Monk’s valley. We also had excellent lunch and conversation about Turkish culture. Our tour started at 10 am and we were back at the hotel by 4:30 pm!

The tour guide will customize your tour as you wish. You can spend as much or little time as you like. Cemil gave us a great explanation of the history of each site. Cemil and his driver were both so kind; and true gentlemen. They took us to all the sites we wanted to see, and let us “set the schedule”. I highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Mr. Vedat and Mr. Suleiman were excellent guide/driver team. They took us to many interesting sights. During the trip Mr. Vedat gave us thorough explanations about each site. I highly recommend them and this tour.

Our guide did a fantastic job of coming up with a custom and comprehensive tour of Cappadocia for us. He kept things moving along efficiently but also gave us time and freedom to explore on our own. A very nice tour!
